Pursuant to National Electrification Administration (NEA) Memorandum No.2025-03, otherwise known as the“Implementing Guidelines for the Regional Procurement Hub Program for Electric Cooperatives(2ndEdition)”(the “RPH Guidelines”)thefollowing Electric Cooperatives ofRegionSix(6), together
with theElectric Cooperatives Association of Region VI, Inc.(“ECAR-VI”),through the NEA Special Bids and Awards Committee for the RPH Program(NEA SBAC), now invite interested bidders, to participate and submit bid proposals relative to the consignment, supply and delivery ofDistribution Transformers:

  • Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AKELCO);
  • Antique Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ANTECO);
  • Capiz Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAPELCO);
  • Guimaras Electric Cooperative (GUIMELCO);
  • Iloilo I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ILECO I);
  • Iloilo II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ILECO II);
  • Iloilo III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ILECO III);
  • Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative (NOCECO); and
  • Northern Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc.(NONECO)


(hereinafter collectively referred to as the“Member ECs”).


ECAR-VIis the Confirmed Regional Association(“Confirmed RA”)of the Member ECs under the RPH Guidelines.


TheRegion 6RPH is located attheILECO I Compound, Brgy. Namocon, Tigbauan, Iloilo.(the “RPH”).​
